Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I've spent almost twenty years working in Canada's nonprofit sector, serving the arts, social services, and higher education in front-line and leadership roles.

My own life learning has focused on understanding how our collective past creates our present culture, how and why change happens (or not), what is required to think and act wisely within a global ecology of systems, and what it takes to be a good ancestor for future generations.
